US election: Moment BBC called Obama victory ..congrats Mr Obama

President Barack Obama has been re-elected to a second term, defeating Republican challenger Mitt Romney.
With most US states reporting results, America's first black president has won a majority of electoral votes.
The BBC's David Dimbleby announced the victory.
